The Community Market Assistant (CMA) is an integral part of the Market and eCommerce Team and is responsible for supporting the operations of the Community Market at Community First! Village. This person should be customer-service oriented and a strong relationship builder, team player and self-starter, as well as someone who is passionate about empowering communities into a lifestyle of service with the homeless. This person is a servant leader who will steward and maintain a welcoming presence for our neighbors, staff, volunteers and all who visit the Community Market.
