The Community Inn Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Mobile Loaves & Fishes multi-unit tiny home bed and breakfast. What makes this bed and breakfast unique is a focus on inviting guests and volunteers into a lifestyle of service with the formerly homeless through their interaction with the Inn, as well as providing dignified work and income for Community First! Village (CF!V) neighbors who have experienced chronic homelessness. The Community Inn Coordinator provides exceptional customer service and education to all Community Inn guests, involving them in opportunities to connect and more deeply experience CF!V during their stay. The Community Inn Coordinator will steward the guest experience, host volunteers, coordinate the housekeeping process and housekeeping contractors, and ensure the maintenance of all Inn units.
