The Sr. Manager of Volunteer Empowerment is an integral leader within the Community Empowerment
department, working to steward the MLF vision of empowering communities into a lifestyle of service with the
homeless by leading out on the volunteer engagement strategy for individuals and groups across the
organization. This position will partner with all programs and departments within Mobile Loaves & Fishes to
multiply opportunities for the community to engage with MLF through the giving of their time and talents, and
to empower our staff to steward volunteers within their program into a lifestyle of service with the homeless.
