The Talent Attraction Specialist is a member of the Human Resources team where the objective is to support and serve the current and future staff of Mobile Loaves & Fishes (MLF). The Talent Attraction Specialist will focus on attracting talent using different means of sourcing. This person should be detailed oriented, relational, consistent, communicate well, and has a background in finding quality candidates for roles across many verticals of an organization.
